Backwell Tech was founded in 2019 with a mission to turn data into business value. Born during the challenges of the pandemic and sustained through resilience and self-financing, the company built its first AI models to help enterprises predict and prevent customer churn.

By 2023, these models achieved up to 70% accuracy in the energy sector, proving the impact of predictive AI in real-world business scenarios. With this success, Backwell Tech began expanding internationally, securing investment, and scaling its platform to cover pricing, customer lifetime value, and explainable AI.

Today, headquartered in Berlin, Backwell Tech is a growing European scale-up delivering predictive and transparent AI solutions that drive profitability for industries worldwide.
